Hey all,
I'm in a bit of a jam myself at the moment! I am deferring to a new course at the University, starting in September and going home in the meantime. Unfortunately I'm tied to my room at Broadgate by a year-long contract and so will need somebody to replace me.

The room is the second largest in a self-catered flat shared with three other friendly, helpful and enthusiastic boys in Firs, on the quieter side of Broadgate Park (we receive virtually no noise from vehicles or foot-traffic). The room is fully furnished with a single bed, wardrobe, desk, shelves, office chair and bedside table. Shared bathroom and kitchen, the kitchen facilities include a fridge, freezer, oven (with hob and grill) microwave, toaster and kettle, as well as a communal seating area.

The flat is cleaned on a weekly basis by Broadgate staff. Contents insurance is covered by Endsleigh, and Broadgate has a 24-hour support team who patrol regularly. The area is also secured by CCTV. The flat is about 3 minutes walk from the University West Entrance and is about 10 minutes on foot from Beeston's shopping. Broadgate has excellent bus links to the city centre.

I'm currently paying £78.75 per week for the room. All the utilities (heating, water, etc) are a part of this cost, including high-speed broadband internet through the Student Network Service. Resident parking within a secure, gated compound is also available. The room is available to rent to students immediately ( as of 29/01/08 ). I'm more than happy to answer any questions, simply PM me (Richard Taylor) or email me at rich(at)taylor.it

*Offer Update*: Renting for free still applies to before 28th April, but this room can now be rented for HALF RENT after that. This means that you would only be paying £39.38 per week after 28th April, and before that you would be paying nothing.
