[Desperate]

Please, is anyone interested in a single study bedroom in Broadgate Park? The room details are as follows:

Room 2, Flat 187, Single Bedroom, Magnolia, Broadgate Park

This accomodation is for the period 23/09/2007 to 27/07/2008 ("the period").

The accomodation fees include heating, electricity and water bills, JCR/Residents' Association committee membership, personal contents insurance and SNS network or broadband internet access.

The rent for the accomodation is 3465 pounds for the whole period including vacations. To move into the room, the 1st term rent or the whole period rent has to be paid together with a 250 pounds damage deposit inorder to collect the key. The 1st term rent is 1338 pounds and 75 pence.

I can not afford to live in this safe and secured place, therefore I really hope that there are students who are interested in replacing me. If interested, please contact me ASAP, as I am liable to pay for the rent until someone moves in, due to my contract with Broadgate Park.
