I'm a second-year PhD-student in the Cultural studies department looking for a roommate to share a large house in Beeston with me starting in mid-September or October. It's 10 min. by bike or bus to campus, and the rent is 280 pounds plus bills for a bedroom and a small study. The house is in a quiet, residential part of Beeston (but close to the best pub in town!), has a lovely garden, living and dining room.
