A large room on the ground floor, over 16 square metres (4m×4m). Furnitures including a single bed (can change to a double one), a desk, a swivel chair, a single sofa and a wardrobe.
The room is on the ground floor with the living room and the kitchen. There are two big rooms and a small one on the second floor as well as a bath room. There is also a big yard behind the house.
The house is on Kenilworh Road, within 10 minutes walk to the West Entrance, and also close to the shopping centre in Beeston.
Monthly rent is 210 pounds, including network access, but other bills are shared.
There are many quilts, kitchen utensils, toilet supplies left by the former tenants and friends. All can be used if wanted.
There are two male Chinese roommates studying PhD and a female Chinese master. They are all kind and friendly.
The house is a little old, but still a comfortable place to live.

I'm living in the room now and need someone to replace me, as I have to move to another place. The contract was signed to the end of June, and the rent is paid monthly on the 4th. I have paid a deposit of 210 pounds, and if anyone can move in early February, I am willing to reduce part of the deposit.
